Fueling the passion since 2001

All Star Sports Instruction began operations in June of 2001; however, the coaches and directors have an experienced background in sports (some have played or coached at the professional level). Our company covers an array of sports for a wide variety of ages. The youngest age group begins at 2 and the oldest age group goes into high school.

Our coaches are trained through our own extensive coaching program, are nationally certified, and are trained in First Aid and CPR. Coaching requires a great deal of responsibility and we expect nothing but the best from our coaches. We aim to make sports a positive experience for everyone involved.

Our job is to provide quality sports instruction to children of all ages in a fun, safe, and instructional manner. We promise to represent not only All Star Sports Instruction, but the establishment and the community that surrounds it. We respect and value the opinions, thoughts, and beliefs of everyone involved; this includes the Park District establishment and their employees, All Star Sports Instruction employees, the children and their families.

We treat each child in a non-biased manner with respect for their own individuality. We make sure that each child will get as much as possible out of the coaches and the program they are in by ensuring confidence and a positive attitude to everyone involved.

Our variety of program offerings for participants of all ages ensures that there is a program for everyone! In addition to the offerings listed below, we also offer birthday parties and special events to make sure that we have programs available during the holidays and off seasons.

Drills are hidden in fun games and terminology that kids can understand. The All Star Sports Instruction coaches are dedicated to making sure that each child has a positive and fun experience in whichever sport they choose as they begin to develop a passion for their desired sport. Learning about teamwork and sportsmanship is a large part of these programs and extremely important for them to grasp. They will always be part of a team, no matter what their surroundings and our goal is to fuel the passion as we get them started in the right direction. Programs meet once a week for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Our funstructional leagues are great for beginners. The league runs for eight weeks, one hour each week. The first two weeks are strictly instructional with fun drills and games that keep everyone learning and moving. The next six weeks consist of games. These games will be stopped and continued for instruction as needed. Score is not kept and parents do not coach. This is a non-competitive approach for young children, emphasizing teamwork and the importance of working on the fundamentals. We must not lose sight of the fact that they should have fun. We want to make sports a positive experience for everyone. Each participant receives a team jersey, participation award and schedule by the second week.

To keep skills sharp during school breaks and between sessions, we offer a wide variety of camps. Single and multi sport camps are offered to keep your player active. Camps are one week (5 days) for an extended amount of time. Skill instruction, funstructional activities, and real game play ensure that all players learn something new and have fun doing so!
